Teachers should differentiate lessons to meet the individual needs of every child, then following that, they should be assessed using a standardised test set by policy makers who haven’t set foot in a classroom for years and compared and ranked against each other, so that teachers, schools and even nations can be listed on public charts, cricitised, scrutinised and given strategies to improve!
