Critical Reflection is Key

As teachers and guardians of children, it is important to critically reflects on one’s own teaching style. It’s important to not only observe the students, but also observe yourself.

If any of the below are occurring in your classroom, or in someone’s classroom you know, it may be time to have a cup of tea and think about ways you can change these behaviours.

I have written extensively on this topic, information and resources can be found at www.gavinmccormack.com.au

  1. Thank you for sharing this Gavin. This is very timely. I am back to meet my new Pre K students in a new school and environment. I will have this saved for my future use.
