To be a Montessori teacher is something that peopl…

To be a Montessori teacher is something that people should not underestimate. Just when you thought you had your head around the mainstream curriculum. The outcomes for learning, assessment tasks, differentiation and programming.

Then one day, You find yourself attracted to a new pedagogy. A new way of learning that inspires independence and instills a culture of cooperation, confidence and resilience. Montessori!

But to get there. To be a Montessori teacher, you’ve gotta start all over again. Go back to the beginning and learn it all over again. Reinvent the framework of education as you knew it. 3 years of study, assignments, exams, the lot!

To do this, you need to be resilient, you need to show courage and you need to believe in the method.

At farmhouse Montessori school, we do believe in our method and I feel honoured to lead such an amazing team of educators as we strive to educate the whole child on their path to reaching their destiny in this ever changing world.

Farmhouse Montessori is where we educate children for the modern day as they navigate a learning pathway that suits them. ❤️
