This is Rajkumar Shrestha who lives high up in the Himalayan mountains. As we build the school we are staying with him. He’s the local head of the school council and all round awesome guy. Several years ago he bought a JCB and he uses it to make money.
For dinner tonight, rice, Dahl, chillies, chutney and spinach. All grown by his hands and washed down with freshly milked buffalo milk. He build his own house from mud and cow dung and for the next week we will be lucky enough to stay with him. He’s a simple man with the biggest heart and best moustache in the Himalayas. ❤️
