To expect happiness on a daily basis is unrealistic. Not everyday in your job or in your relationship will be amazing. Not everyday will bring you happiness. Highs and lows are natural.
But the true joy comes when we are part of an ongoing movement of change, that will give you a deeper sense of satisfaction and fulfilment. An inner calm in knowing that you did something that matters.
Happiness is temporary, where as satisfaction and fulfilment are everlasting. To know that you made a difference that will stand the test of time is something many of us can only dream of.
It allows you to rest at night knowing that you did your part and the mythical eagle of change is still riding high. The cogs you set in motion are still turning.
After spending three months training these amazing women in the Himalayas. I know not where they are now, but I do know that each one of them will be teaching children from a whole new angle, thus making the education revolution a rolling stone with endless potential.
Happiness is temporary, but joy is something that will last forever.
Joy cannot be found on eBay or amazon. It can only be found by doing what makes your heart sing.
