Don’t sit on the couch and wait for it, don’t fill your time with mindless news, films and the accumulation of material possessions.
Go outside.
Smile more, be the change you wish to see in the world, get excited!!
Do new things! Throw away the clutter in the house and cupboards. Give away those clothes you never wear. Book a holiday with a purpose. One that will fill your heart not your stomach.
Unfollow those negative people on social media. Believe in yourself. Don’t worry about saying what you want and what you’re good at.
Go to bed early, wake up early. Take time to dream and think. Envisage your dreams and don’t let anyone stop you from getting there.
Don’t waste your time gossiping. Be fierce. Stand up for yourself. Turn off your phone after 7.
Make lists of things you want to achieve and one by one. Tick them off.
Make a team of similar people. Empower them all. Rally!!! Organise, plan and execute.
Do things that challenge you. Be brave.
Love each other.
