The importance of communication

It took me a long time to understand the importance of communication, oh how I wish my teachers had taught me how to communicate, how to speak to an audience, how to find common ground with anyone.

I had to to travel the world to learn these skills. But imagine a curriculum where these soft skills, essential skills or competences are pre-requisites of any lesson!

It’s about time we started focussing on direct learning outcomes from the curriculum and linking them to the soft skills that will help our students to excel once they enter the real world.
