2 years ago I walked into one of the worst classrooms I’d ever seen. With dirty walls, one shrivelled poster in the wall and a teacher brandishing a biro and a note book, desperately trying to teach 24, 3-year-old children.
After coming back to Australia and raising money we managed to return to the school and give her a place that any teacher would be proud of. A place where children can build the foundations to establish a better future.
Today I received a photo from class and it truly melted my heart. The children have a place to feel safe, to feel loved and to establish the basics for a better life. Thank you to all of you who donated and supported. Here’s the fruits of your labour.
This Christmas we are doing it all over again in another village deep into the Himalayan mountains. If you’d like to donate please click here. https://lnkd.in/gyAcccg
These things are not possible without people like you. If you can’t donate, please share!!!
