Today in class we are learning about the delivery …

Today in class we are learning about the delivery of a lesson. How to give ownership of the lesson to the students.

Here’s the biggest tip of all.

“When the teacher, through targeted questioning discovers that a particular child has a vast knowledge surrounding the subject in hand, stand back and allow them to shine in all their glory as the expert in this field.”

If we do this often enough, it enhances learning, builds confidence within the child, enhances mutual respect and establish boundaries between the acts of speaking and listening within a group.

Once again another beautiful day with these amazing women. We are slowly making a change together! ❤️
