If we wish to assess our education system In it’s entirety, then we must evaluate this through understanding the happiness of our students.
With so many variables walking through your door each day, emotional, physical, psychological and educational. It is so hard to evaluate your teaching style, delivery and philosophy.
But when we strip is all away, and attempt to understand if what we are offering is correct, it can be summarised in just one word.
‘Happiness’ 🙂
When we are happy in our job, we work harder, we try new things, we trust, experiment and reach our goals quicker. The same goes for our students.
‘If you wish to evaluate your school’s educational delivery, philosophy and pedagogy? Simply ask the children if they’re happy!’
And don’t worry, they’ll tell you! ❤️
