I truly believe that giving children rewards for good deeds is inappropriate. The reward you get is the feeling you receive.
If you give children rewards for being good, honest and kind they will find it hard to carry out these deeds instinctively.
All of this philosophy went straight out of the window when I received this amazing portrait of myself. He said “I did it because you care about others.”
He stayed awake until 1:30am and hand painted it and it’s truly the greatest gift I have ever received.
I will treasure it and hold it close to my heart.
